I am beyond confused because I opened a case with the BEV team and they echoed everything the dealer was saying.

The dealer just called me and told me I’m screwed. They confirmed its an issue with the junction box and that there is a recall on it. They said there isn't a fix for it yet though so right now there is nothing they can do. Basically my car is a paperweight until then. 2021 Mach e GT 23,000...

Got my car last Thursday, started feeling sick friday, got tested on monday and came up positive. Havent left my room since Monday but when i do I’ll be posting pics.

I didn’t even know until i was driving off. I asked to come later but they told me they had other appointments. Im thinking it probably just slipped through the cracks since i think they had 4-5 mach-e’s going out that day but its kind of ridiculous to turn the car over with 20 miles left on it...

Picked her up yesterday with about 10% charge. Thinking that these guys took it out for a little joyride. I'll post pics here soon though. couldn't be happier with the car.

Just got a call from my dealer. She's finally here!

Still waiting. My delivery window is 1/16 - 1/22 but my dealer told me my order been 50 miles away from san jose since 12/15. He said he didnt know why but Im assuming its the seat belt issue.

Yea thats what i figured. I just wanted to know when i could get my car but the dealer just kept saying he doesnt know anything and that was that.

Finally got some information out of my dealer. Looks like my car is in richmond which is about 50 miles out from here but its been marked do not deliver. He didnt know why and couldnt really be bothered to look into it…this sucks.

Just called my dealer hoping they might have some good news…they told me it said my eta is unavailable and they dont know why.

My estimated delivery got pushed back to 1/22

Got a message from fordpass saying that my vehicle received a factory reset so i cant see where it is right now buuuuuuut i got an email from ford saying that its been built. Unfortunately the delivery estimate got pushed back two days and is not supposed to be 1/16 - 1/22.

The reservation page still just says in production 11/19 but the Ford Tracker now says in production 11/19 with an estimated delivery on 1/14/2022 in the vehicle details. The activate button showed up in my Ford Pass app too.

Found it. Modules turned on...eta end date 1/14/22
