Aaron, were you able to install the sway bars yet?
Mark helped me put in the front and rear Eibach bars (and had my camber adjusted) and the difference is amazing. Taking sharp corners at speed actually feels really good now. I am super happy with them.
These springs are working great on my GTPE and I love the lowered look.
I drove down to Mark's place on Monday he generously helped me and a friend install the springs and sway bars. I have had a couple days to try them out and I am really enjoying them. Most of the roads in my area are not...
For larger items if you must store them in the vehicle the frunk is probably the best bet simply because it is 1) out of sight and 2) takes the longest to get to. Typically smash and grab thieves are trying to operate as fast as possible. See my unfortunate experience with this here...
I appreciate the info and your generous offer. I will probably take you up on that! I have weekdays off somewhat regularly, that wouldn't be a problem. I'll be in touch once I get the parts.
Man now I want in on this too. Eibach is currently out of stock of the springs though...
Mark, do the rear bump stops absolutely need to be replaced/trimmed? This would be for a GTPE. After reading your write-ups I think I can handle the sway bars but the springs look harder to do. Is it even...
I used the PPF and only affixed the rear ones on the bumper. The front ones look way too horrible in any position on the GT. Rolling the dice with no front stickers (or license plate), but it seems to be low risk...
The matte black looks great! For the glossy red I didn't like it as much at first with the closer shot, but on the zoomed out full-vehicle shot I changed my mind. I could go either way on those though.
Right, that procedure disables the chiming while driving. But it does not disable the annoying startup chimes when you first turn the car on... that's what I still want to get rid of. The only way to prevent that I know of is to buckle your seatbelts before turning the car on at all. Then it...
Mine does this exactly like this every day as well, but it’s a ‘23. Backing out of driveway and wheel is turned all the way to the right, when the left front wheel is coming off the curb it makes a loud noise and there’s a slipping sensation. I have started only doing 80% turns on the wheel to...
Quieter and smoother, but how about performance and handling? Did you stay with 245/45/20?
I will need to replace my GTPE tires soon from the Pirellis and I am trying to narrow down my choices. I am leaning toward the Hankook iON evo AS but also considering Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus...
Make sure you're map is still set to "fastest" route. This behaves most like what you'd expect in routing.
I accidentally switched mine to "eco" routing at one point and it comes up with the most INSANE routing. Like driving across USAF base flight lines and fording through rivers where there's...
We replaced our furnance with a Bosch heat pump last year. At 30F outside we are still getting 100F air coming out of the registers, so indoor coil temp is even higher than that. You can find the exact specs here.
Relevant info from spec sheet:
Operating Range
Cooling 15-125 °F
Heating -4-86 °...
