Sorry I should clarify about the SOC: when I plugged in it was at ~55%. I had been driving for 90 minutes. The drop felt fairly precipitous (the graph shows only 4 minutes) but as the SOC rose, the speed leveled to around 30kw.
At the time of the screenshot, the SOC was ~70%. Itās about 55Ā°F out.
I admit Iām not experimenting very well with only one charger. Will make a point to find my way to another.
Any idea whatās happening here? Trying to figure out if itās the charger or the car. It happens consistently enough at this charging location but havenāt had a chance to test elsewhere. (I donāt often have opportunities to fast charge.) I suspect the latter, but really donāt want to give my car...
They may very well be fixing their error and running behind: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/warning-safety-defect-found-with-lectron-nacs-adapter.35077/
To highlight @superdave80's point here: Please use a heavy duty extension cord. 12/3 (12 gauge, 3 wire - neutral, hot, ground) is fine. 10/3 is better. I'd also be sure to confirm with the hotel that you're using a circuit that can handle the load (otherwise, it'll pop and you/they will be...
It sounds like your phone is connected to the App Projection wifi directly, versus using it on background for wireless projection (i.e.: CarPlay) and using your cellular network for actual data. That is seems intermittent is strange, but it may be the phone and car fighting over which actual...
Yep, you sent the wiring too. All good! Simply opted not to use them (I'm not sure which wire drive the turn signal in the cap. Maybe someone here knows?)
Can I ask @Suma Performance how to use or where to hook into the electrical for the arrow signals? That's the one thing I could figure out (or opted not to explore - not trying to fry my wiring accidentally.)
Wasnāt using FordPass points for BC 2.0 kinda part of their pitch to resubscribe? It never worked for me - and this would seem why - so I never re-subscribed (well, amongst other reasons.)
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing "wobbly" charging speeds. This has been happening since July and I thought it might have resolved itself with some of the latest updates (6.3.0), but it hasn't. Any fixes or is this dealership visit material?
Indeed, and for what it's worth, mine work perfectly well - BLIS and all.
They did come with wires meant to tap into the heating element so that the turn signal could light up, but I didn't know which wires and how that should work so I have not done that. Zero impact to overall performance...
