Hi. If your charger is plugged into a "14-50" (example) outlet, try unplugging it and then replug. If you are using the FORD charger check for the yellow light, where there should be a BLUE light. I had same problem, this worked for me. I got this from a former thread here.

Thanks Christian, Same thing happened to me just after 4.2.1 update. Reset 220 plug. Charged fine.
