Mine already had this failure and had the HVBJB and BECM replaced, but I imagine they were replaced with original parts, not newly engineered parts.

That sounds similar to what happened with mine several months ago. They replaced the High Voltage Battery Junction Box and Battery Electronic Control Module. Here's the writeup, which also included the glass recall, and replacing the front half shafts. My VIN is in the list for this recall too.

I'm not sure of the build date. I bought it in June 2021 after the dealer had used it (per Ford requirement) as a demo/courtesy car. It now has 15,000 miles. The dealer took delivery in February 2021, so pretty early.
