    I sold mine to Carmax last month as well (Prem, AWD, Ext. range, 700 miles) and got 55k for it. Also ended up getting a replacement from them, so didn't have to pay sales tax (might be a WA state thing). You will also still be able to claim the tax credit.

    For everyone saying "it's cold out", I purchased my mach e in the dead of summer and range has never gotten over 212 in my premium ext. range. So yes cold weather has an impact, but would not be so quick to poo poo other possibilities.

    Mainly from this forum. I knew there were features that were available that I did not have (i.e securialerts etc...). My situation was a little different because my car was having several issues, so there were looking at everything and there was no need for me to convince the dealer.

    That makes sense. It is weird that it took almost 2 weeks for the update fully install though. I also wonder what it showed on the dealer side to make them think it was complete.

    I did the temp fix last night, and I got a notification just now that the update applied successfully. Not sure if related, but definitely seems like the root cause is an update not applied successfully.

    Report @tfitzgex posted a temporary fix in another thread that worked for me. Adjusting the dash brightness level (using the buttons next to the headlight dial), changed my sync screen back to the desired brightness. The brightness slider also started working again.

    Definitely good to hear stories like this. While my experience has been the exact opposite, this does give me hope that I will come back to the Mach E sooner than later. For now, I will be taking advantage of the used car market prices.

    That is a loaded question lol.... Other than the failed brake booster on day two of ownership, the car has been good. I don't care much about the OTA's that have dropped thus far. When the bluecruise OTA is released, I will want that asap.
