Probably because when they signed up the dealership it wasn't a requirement. But you'd think they would help at least to verify customer charging problems. Ford should probably cut a deal a deal with their dealers and partially cover the cost.

I'm pretty sure the website or database is screwed up. I have 2 orders with 2 separate dealers (one canceled). Premiums - the only difference is the color. Apparantly the two cars have switched dealers and only one has increase in price. I'd give them a week.

It's strange - tried the ford order page and that has changed asked for location at end - so that has changed. Again closest is Watsonville CA for premium and CA Rt 1. May be its a glitch.
