Ok talked to the dealership and it will take them a week to get to my car. They are guessing it is the APIM modular. They will not know until they diagnose it. Of course I am out of warranty. Anyone have any idea the cost of this?

all of my treble and other audio settings moved to the left side of the screen. I move them back and I watch after 2-3 seconds they move back to the left as well.

Out of the blue by Mach e volume stopped working. I turned the knob off and back on. No luck. When I turn the knob it shows I am spinning it. I tried resetting the screen as well with no luck. Anyone have any ideas? I am past my warranty.

After going round and round with Ford (denied my first claim) got word today they approved the roof being fixed today.

Well update on mine. Just got call from Ford body shop that Ford denied claim. I said I thought you guys told them it was stress and she said yes there is no visible signs of impact. But Ford denied and best for me to call them directly. So frustrating.

Ehhh. I can’t say anything to bad. So far handled this issue right. I had issues on signing day bc they tried some funny stuff and I walked. But they then delivered the car to me on the terms I wanted. They had zero clue about leasing. So if going that route do research and be prepared to...

That’s what I think caused mine. In Texas and it got warm this weekend.

The body shop said it looked like stress bc the glass shifted. I am sure Ford will say not my prob and then I pay my deductible. I hope this isn’t a yearly thing. Only 2k miles on it. Still don’t have my plates yet. Ha.

Update...dealership took pictures. Said it looks stress related. No signs of impact. Said it takes Ford 1-2 weeks to hear back. Then said no telling how long to get this item. Said they don’t normally pull from assembly line.

Out of blue my roof cracked. There is no physical blunt damage. No indentions at all. Not sure what caused this. I have a feeling the heat and stress caused this.

Online it shows my reservation date is 2/3/2020 but my preorder date is 3/2/2020. Does anyone know what the difference is? Also are they just in a different format? (month/ day and day/month)?
