While I like the Polestar 2 (best EV regen and one of the best handling EVs) the sales decline in the fourth quarter is dramatic. It seems Polestar has throttled production to prevent margin erosion (P2 depreciates the worst of all EVs IMO - along with the EQS and e-tron GT)...
Mercedes has opened up their chargers in Florida at a Buc-ee's and what has Ford done to improve DC charging for CCS EV owners? Made a deal with Tesla regarding NACS + Superchargers (who knows exactly when we will get real world access) and the idiotic "Charging Angels" public relations BS.
GM...
This is a weird one but as I shifted in reverse I hear a screeching sound (I'm thinking rusty brakes as it has been raining heavily and I didn't drive it for 2 days) but as a I drive I hear a repeated clunk, clunk, clunk sound from the right passenger rear at 15-20mph and ask bystanders if they...
Half way between Orlando and Tampa. Much needed for those who take round trips between those two points and don't want to detour in Orlando or Tampa to find a charger.

OUC finished the location after 2 years. 8 x 120 kW chargers and maybe 4 x 240 kW ones.
105 West Robinson street just south of Ace Cafe (defunct)
EA opened a new location next to the outlet malls near Disney Springs. These are the first two new major CCS locations in 2 years now. EVGo...
Ordered early October 2022 as a backup in case something happened to my Grabber Blue AWD ER. So far it’s been solid so I will let somebody else enjoy this car but I will track it nevertheless.
My previous Premium orders took 12 and 14 months so wait times have halved.

"The overall investment in the charging network will be in the "low single-digit" billion euros, Källenius said.
In North America, Mercedes will partner with renewable energy and battery storage operator MN8 Energy to...
Saw this on FB. I have family arriving that day so I probably won't be able to make it.
Ford's Garage in Kissimmee (Sunset Walk area which is quite nice with plenty of parking)

Ford doesn’t pass on the tax credit for leases so this problem won’t apply to them.
I can't drive in Whisper on non-smooth roads and Unbridled got me in trouble today (speeding ticket) but it has the best suspension settings IMO.
Can we have a UI option to pick the MagneRide suspension level? I'd like the Unbridled setting for all modes.
P.S If somebody knows how to adjust...
As I was driving home today (at 6:30pm), I saw a disabled Mach-E with yellow tape over it on the right shoulder.
Didn't see any damage so it didn't seem to be in a crash. Anybody here own that Mach-E? What happened?
I've seen post here and on FB where cars built after 5/24 (VINs not listed in ETIS and NHTSA) were allowed to be sold.
My Premium entered production 5/24 and was built 5/25 but it is listed in ETIS + NHTSA as needing the recall.
However how accurate are those two sites? What was the fix that...
Not a direct competitor because this is not a performance EV and more for the "My First EV" demographic to haul groceries and commute with. This is what the ID.4 should have been IMO.

Model: Rapid Red Mach-E GTPE with BlueCruise
Order date: 12/6/2021
Build date assigned: Mid-Feb
VIN e-mail: 3/21/2022
This order was assigned a build date before two Premium AWD ER orders made in early Oct.
Just thinking ahead. When I replace the OEM Premium tires, what set of tires are less noisy? I took my first long-ish trip today and over rough highway the road noise was deafening. I noticed the noisiness on shorter trips but at slower speeds the volume of it was acceptable.
I haven't heard many doing this with the Mach-E but it seems a noticeable percentage of RAV4 Prime owners do (most Primes went to ZEV states - and some NY dealers almost specialize in shipping them out of state) then have them shipped to their home state.
Anybody have experience with it?
I see...
