I get this all the time; are we 100% it is related to 12-volt battery? I did for the first time get warning about the 12-volt battery when I was away for few days from my car. I have plugged in everyday this week and still get the notices. I don't normally drive more than 12 miles a day.
I am having this problem as well. When I got into the car I checked the clock and it was correct. By the time I got to work in 15 minutes it was off by 6 hours and 30 minutes. Seems sort weird time shift...
I had the same problem. My dealer never called me back if they actually got the cables. I do now have appointment in Aug so I hope to be unstuck some day...

I am now trying to get the...
My dealer had the car for week and failed to do the update. They gave me the car back until they had the correct cables; seems to me they should have known before they attempted the fix.
I finally got my car fixed. The glass installer claimed that the screws where bonded and had to break the spoiler to get it off. Ordered and got the spoiler in week and with no paint needed as they are all black as far as I know. Still think its Ford's vault that it broke, as I only wiped with...

I am very surprised how weak the glass is. I closed the front door and the glass fell in:
The same shattered rear window happened to me on Sunday. I had cleaned the window then stepped to side windows and then heard loud bang. Rear window broken just like the original post. To me, this is Ford defect and should be covered under warrantee?
My PAAK was working fine for months. As of yesterday, it stopped working. Every attempt to re-activate has failed. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
