I love it. Not holding my foot on the brake when stop/go traffic. Also, I like to see if I can make the car come to a stop where I want it by letting off at *just* the right time. I'm pretty good at it now after 1.5 years. Most the time I stop right where intended and don't even think about...
According to the dashboard, my LVB is at 57%. I just don't get why the car would let it get that low. Does it have to reach a limit for the car to charge the LVB?
If I get the update postponed message, usually plugging in the car the next night solves the problem. I don't drive much, I've had...
Thanks for this. Out of all of the posts I've read about LVB issues, this is the first time I've seen a link to that dashboard. In typical Ford fashion, the GUI is terrible - how hard would it be to put "12v battery" in front of that "Charge Level"?? So bad... Also when I click on "Vehicle...
Completely agree. The low voltage battery should never be low. Such a critical part of the car. If it is low you can't get updates, you might not even be able to start the car, etc etc. Yet it sits next to a massive battery that has enough energy to charge it many times over
The Mach-E keeps you on your toes. Seems like there's a different sound, beep, or behavior from this vehicle on a weekly sometimes daily basis.
This morning it didn't load my profile (haven't seen that one in a long time) and PAAK didn't work for a bit as well. /shrug
I still love the car...
How are you checking the LVB SOC? I have one of those 12v cigarette lighter plug testers but I'm not sure if I'm getting a correct reading. Does the car need to be in accessory mode to use it?
I keep getting the "Plug in to maintain 12v Battery" messages and it makes me nervous. I do have a...
I just got the low 12v message. Where is that feedback app? Is it in the fordpass app or in the car itself? If it's not on the fordpass app, there really should be one there.
That reminds me, I swear I got an email about ford creating an online forum for feedback...
Nope, I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro Max. When I try to connect carplay it says "no response from iphone".
PAAK is acting up too. I just turned the car off and before I got out it said something like "restart is needed, no key found" - even as the phone was connected via bluetooth and carplay. Meh
My iPhone is not connecting automatically since the 6.6.0 update. Anyone having the same problem? I can turn off and back on bluetooth on the phone and it will connect but it's a PITA. I was hoping phone connectivity issues were a thing of the past...
I got the same email. When I go to the link it says I have no recalls, but there are two "customer satisfaction programs"
1 is "reprogram hvac control module"
2 is "charge cord stuck reprogram battery charge control module"
Yes. Sometimes it seems like this car makes a new noise every day. Last night it updated to 6.2.0 and today's bug so far is that the mirror auto-fold option was turned off.
Got it the first time today. 81% charge. I don't understand why the car can't maintain the LVB - if it is indeed low. Like you mentioned it might be bug, but it makes me nervous.
I just got the "plug in to maintain 12v battery" and "electrical system drain service required" messages in FordPass today. This is the first time it's happened since I got the car about 13 months ago. I don't plug in every day, I guess I need to start doing that. I do have a hard wired dash...
