Yes. I had this issue and they replaced the coax cable. No issues since. This is on the dealer as there was a bulletin to fix this. Feel bad for OP. Dealer model needs to die

Set up an appointment for Monday and sited the service bulletins as well as my symptoms. I luckily have a bit of an extension to my warranty after having my high voltage recall happening right after my 36 k mark and Ford just being nice so this should only cost me like $100 bucks
