I’m having this very issue. My local ford dealership has a bad reputation and when I talked to them they were clueless about this seemingly well-documented issue. How do I get the BEV folks involved as I’ve seen recommended here?

I had that stupid card in what I thought was a safe place then it was gone! My personalized code was what got erased. Now I’ve created another one and saved the default in my passwords app never to be lost again.

Yeah that’s definitely a different issue. Even though I had my fobs I didn’t know this little trick, and some said it it wasn’t working for them. The video was just a little off. When you finally get your fob it’ll be helpful for you too:) Good luck!

Do you actually have two different trunk buttons? One for opening and one for closing? I have one trunk button. Press it twice to open or close.

So… 5k miles on my Premium and I’m noticing this same loud humming. It’s a very different sound than the spaceship hum when going in reverse. Or at least it’s the same sound minus the beeping tone. We’re sure there is a pedestrian sound in drive? My Tesla friends don’t seem to make such a sound...

Grinding noise at low speed only. I usually drive in one pedal driving so only notice it when actually engaging the brake. I’m at 3200 miles and my front brakes are clean silver but the rears look ground and rusty!! Is any of this normal?

Thanks. That’s what I was going for. Not looking to make it too aftermarkety but just a bit more sporty. Although I have to admit the stock wheels are better than I thought they’d be.

I may need to do the same in the end. Kind of liked the idea of ordering online through Discount Tire for the good price and the fact that I get the support of Discount Tire locally (ie flat repair etc). Maybe I’ll end up looking elsewhere and just taking them to another shop to mount.

Yeah, I've seen that they are compatible but the site doesn't even let me order them. Discount Tire is one of the only places I've been able to find the tires, and they are much less expensive due to a discount. I'd be happy to take them to someone else if I could just get them ordered...

Those look great!! My ME finally arrived the other day. Been a blast so far. Going to order wheels and tires tonight. I think I'm going to go with the Curva c300 wheel 20x9.5 / 20x10.5 with 255x45 front and 295x40 rear, Toyo Proxes STIII. I believe this is the same size and tires as the OP.
