I think the public API was abandoned or placed on the back burner.
I was part of the alpha test and was given access to the new API but once they switched to Autonomic.ai it stopped authenticating.
I know when the layoffs happened all but 1 person remained on the team, and they haven't...
I know I've been so bad lately about keeping up with these projects :)
I have access to the new API but my day job workload has increased significantly so my side projects are falling behind :(
Yes. There is an official API in the works. I will hopefully have beta access soon. Then I can get the widget working. Once the API is released, it will require you to create your own account to get the credentials to get your tokens legitimately. I will provide an announcement once I have...
You are correct... 1.2 stops the ping pong mostly and tracks the dead center of the lane now.
Just to be clear, the lane change is not automated like SuperCruise's latest revision. You need to tap or flip the blinker on.
LMAO... It's completely anonymous data. It's actually kind of cool how it works.
Here is a long read about it but it's pretty interesting REM™ Gives Our Autonomous Vehicles the Maps They Need | Mobileye Blog
You correct 1.0 worked just fine. 1.2 is significantly more refined and its reactions feel more human.
The lane changing works incredibly.
The predictive speed is so-so and sometimes can't make up its mind if it should keep slowing down after it's started.
The lane repositioning is blah and it...
Safety has nothing to do with it. The 1.2 upgrade is basically just an IPMA software update with updated IPC software for the lane change visuals.
I’ve been running the 1.2 software on my 2021 F150 for almost 6 months and it works great.
the only thing missing for me is there Isn’t any IPC...
I'm pretty certain that it's not a problem with the CPU it's the damn code (I've seen the file system)
The UI is basically built using various technologies such as Unreal Engine, QT, and Chromium web browser sessions for the various interfaces. It's just a hodge-podge of elements overlayed...
Ok, I have merged all of the various F-150, Bronco, Mach-E, and Lightning data into a single dataset.
Please let me know everyone's thoughts.
I think I've locked in the UI and the final data structure.
I will add in some filtering so you can only list items related to the vehicle you are...
Ok so i just pushed out a rough draft of the final site.
Ford Power-Up Info (tonesto7.github.io)
It currently has the data split into 3 data files like the spreadsheets
one for the F150, Mach-E, and Lightning.
I've only populated the F-150 data and will merge in the others tonight if I have...
Lol... Of course, they removed it... You are not supposed to know any details about YOUR vehicle's update status.
I'm a little bitter today because after almost a year my Ford account was targeted and locked out. It might take 7-10 days to hear back from their "IT Dept"
I had to remove it. When I first added this the token used by Fordpass also allowed authentication on the digitalservice.ford.com API's used by the Ford Website.
Then a couple of months ago ford started locking down their stuff for the Fordpass and Web separately. So I had to maintain getting...
