Anyone know what Ford calls the rubber trim piece that surrounds the window (identified in the picture) and ideally even have a part number? I can't seem to find it or I'm not sure whether I've found the right part.
I did the RTV on the mirrors and ran the Ford weatherstrip between the windshield and glass roof. The weathership has an adhesive strip on it that I did not expose so that I could slide it from the side of the glass roof and through a push/pull get it all the way across. I did both the mirrors...
Thanks, that's helpful. So, would you have gone a bit lighter on the factory-tinted windows (rear doors and hatch) if you did it over again? How is the visibility out the front windows at night?
Now that you've lived with your XPEL XR Prime Plus tint for a year, anything that you would have done differently? How do you like the 35% VLT? Are you happy with the heat rejection? I'm in AZ as well and will be getting my 2022 tinted this week.
Is there any way to know if our Mach E got the new HVBJB part? Mine was built on 5/25-26 which was right on the cusp, I think. It would be very reassuring to know that I didn't have to worry about the hardware failure despite the software update.
I had a little challenge getting the wire to stay in the connector. I cut another short length of the same wire and wedged it in next to the wire I inserted. It tightened up the connection and then I taped it all together. Working well so far. This is a great mod and looks stock.
Did my install this morning. Straightforward and works well. Took about 30 min with the majority of that spent securing the wires. I'm using a Mobius dash cam.

My order was in the same batch 5992 176/874. It has been difficult to track. I have a railcar #: TTGX707210. Called the BNSF tracker and appears the car is TX. My dealer is in AZ. Clearly the transport is moving at a lot slower pace for my car!
Despite the definition below of the affected vehicles:
Affected Vehicles: Certain 20201-2022 Mustang Mach E's produced at Cuautitlan between May 27, 2020 and May 24, 2022.
my build date is May 25, 2022, and my VIN shows in ETIS as included in the recall. I thought I had escaped the...
Has anyone who has seen the price increase also seen the addition of an ADM? Mine has both (a $1299 ADM). Doesn't this indicate that the dealer has modified the order and not just Ford?
My dealer told me that if ordered through the dealer they would add at least a $5k markup.
Anyone made it through the online ordering process yet? Looks like they've taken it down again.
