I did not read through all of the replies so I apologize if this I had already been mentioned. The service notes mentioned a technical service bulletin (tsb #). You should be able to find that on NHTSA’s website and maybe you will find additional information.

How are you determining if your vehicle has been scheduled? I have not gotten an email update and to check in the Ford tracking system I need a VIN which I don't have. Does this mean my Mach-E has not been scheduled?
