My update from today
ā I see your order status is Awaiting Shipmentāat Ramp 5C, Envios, EM to be shipped Convoy - Convoy # 230731247 (Consorcio De Servicios Internacionales Sa De Cv ). The order has an estimated delivery date between Sep-01-Sep-07 which is only an estimate.ā
My delivery date was...
My car has been built since July 5th. Itās still sitting in Mexico. Poor planning on Fords part. Why build more cars than can possibly be shipped. I may just buy one of the six that are in transit to my dealer but I wonāt be happy because they arenāt what I ordered.
Yes, ICE vehicles are becoming less reliable, in 27 years as both a technician and manager I have never seen the amount of warranty claims per vehicle we are seeing now and itās not just Ford. Most all manufacturers are having issues. Do you believe the waiting times to get into dealers for...
This is a great discussion. First off let me say my dealer is registered to be a Model E elite dealer. I think someone mentioned 100k for a DCFC. Our total cost for installing the required customer facing and dealership use chargers was right at 1 million dollars. This is in addition to...

Just got a production date/week on my 2023.5 Select of July 3. Itās eerily reminiscent of when I got a July 4th build. Week of my Ford Pro last year. It got pushed several times.

There are a lot of Ford Dealers in the process of installing chargers as we speak. I know my 2 dealers are spending in the neighborhood of 2 million dollars. I would hope we get info fast on which ports our cars are going to have. I am not sure retrofitting chargers will be an inexpensive task...
Do not depend on TSB published time as a guide for how long an update takes. Ford sometimes considers a calibration/software update to not require technician oversight during the process. For instance, published update time for Sync 3 is either .2 or .3 hrs depending on particular bulletin...
