Hi all, I'm super annoyed at some EV owners. Someone had the audacity to pull my plug 6 minutes after I started charging at a chargepoint station. Is this a normal occurrence? This is my third time using a charger not at home. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I just went down the hole by searching PAAK (phone as a key). First step was figuring out what the bleep PAAK stood for. Then thanks to others I figured it out. And WOW... Ford really should give us a second key or figure out a facial recognition program since they're already cameras...
