Got this message today. Checked connected services and the credit card on file is valid until 5/2025. Saw this post and found Plug & Charge disabled at this location. Ford Pass version is 4.32.1

In the DMV as well. Hit a piece of metal in the road the week of Thanksgiving and caused a puncture in 2 passenger tires. Unrepairable as cut was in the shoulder of each tire. Was more concerned as to battery pack damage but there was none.
Picked these up during Black Friday/Cyber weekend on a...
Yeah pretty much had same thing happen and couldn't rectify via Ford Pass. Had to go to car, open the Charing Icon app, select Home (or whatever you named it) as the Location. After that, check Ford Pass to ensure Home is selected as your Charge location, and "use Preferred charge settings" is...
The Electrify America network is linked to the built in Ford Navigation system. With that said, charge over night to 100%, then input your destination into the Ford Nav system. The system will plan your route and based on the amount of charge you have will then indicate and navigate to EA...
Seem to get the "FordPass isn't responding" error/warning if the car is sleeping or not recently operated. Quick work around is to first awaken the car with an unlock or approach with keyfob/PAAK. After welcome lights activate the car has "awakened" then changes can be made from FordPass...
Yep it's real. Not sure what update caused this one but is yet another annoyance.
Here's what I found that makes the Navigator Icon reappear. Press the Arrow under the "Where To?" search box. May have to toggle through to your desired setting (normal, 3D, North) but it does return the Navigator...
Yeah, myself and a few others have seen this issue. Familiar set of circumstances appears to be starting the car from Ford Pass and the charge coupler is still connected to the car. I personally stopped using FP to start the car and have not seen the warnings since. Going on 9 month of ownership...
Is this a "Car" issue or a "Driver" issue? Beginning to wonder...
Similar result of whichever was captured in this thread a few months ago.

Yeah mine kicked on 2x during the same garage exit last week. Kinda shocking how hard it grabs as my head hit the headrest both times. Car was kinda dirty from rain previous day so took a finishing towel and wiped down all the sensors. Hasn't done it since.

Say what you will but Hyundai/Kia/Genesis keep rolling the dice on design. Must be great working for this company and being allowed to think outside the box. Looks like design aspects lifted from Mercedes CLS, Infiniti J30 and a bar of Dove soap . No details provided on price, range and...
Same...did a remote start once since taking ownership in January. Got the same series of faults. Never did it again after that. Not sure if having it plugged in but not charging helped contribute but left it alone after the first and only occurrence.
Now I'll just start it, just sit there for...
In Maryland as well but click on these links for where to mount on the windshield. As others above have noted, it's the dotted matrix area on either side of the review mirror.

Yep. 3 messages this morning at 11:30 AM EST. First 2 are "Vehicle will charge outside preferred charge time". 3rd message says "Charge fault". Car has been unplugged and driven at ~8:30AM EST on desired charge level of 85%. Suspect charge fault from Sunday night charge into Monday as the car...
This was back in early February so the original post is a little old.
But an odd thing was happening to the ID4 driver. After she paired up and started charging, any time she made a phone call or call came in, her charging session was interrupted. She was forced to disconnect the charger and...
