Four days ago Ford attempted the OTA update to allow for charging at Tesla DCC charges. The update failed and hasn't been re-attempted. Is there something I can do to force it to re-try?

Sometimes, when I adjust volume using the volume knob, the a/c turns off and the fan goes to max. Anyone else seen this? I thought the volume knob was only for sound volume adjustment.

This may sound silly, but my favorite feature on the Mach-e is the two clips on the visor (front and back). My wife likes to stick things behind the visor and, when I open the visor, they fall out onto my head. With the clips, that problem is fixed. Not sure if other Fords have the same thing...
