Yes Lee was correct. I just drove it said update installed. Plugged back in all good. We are so fortunate to have all these folks that know this stuff.
Wife just got home and plugged in. It has always started charging. app says “Waiting to Charge “ between 4pm and 6:10pm. It was 4:30 pm. I didn’t change anything other than noticed received an update to 6.3.0.

I used to have this warning when I first got our GT (Oct 2021), took in for modem service and software update and somehow it went away. Very annoying hope it never comes back.
I received the same email. I did call them and left a message they returned my call. Very nice lady asked a few questions whether I had the hotspot activated, if I had wireless at my home, who drove the car the most (I said me) and that was about it. 5 minute call. Said they would get back...
QA must have been off that day in Mexico or on Siesta. So sorry you had to go through this. Such a waste of time. Hopefully dealer made it worth your while with the GT. Unbelievable.
Just received an email from Ford wanting to see if I would be interested in allowing them to install a data logger for research. Doubt this is related to my HVBJB replaced 2 weeks ago. Anybody get the same email?

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said it has opened a recall query into 64,000 Mach-E vehicles after receiving 12 consumer complaints regarding vehicles that received recall fixes. Ford said Monday it is "working with NHTSA to support their investigation."

Well that makes sense, thank you. I wonder if i should delete the PAAK with my iPhone and set it up all over again. Seems like I should be able to use the back up code. I even tried doing it twice with brake pedal and start button like in the Ford instructions. Or leave well enough alone...
