So glad I’m not alone after bitching about it in previous thread only to be told it user error by one particular member. It’s not folks. It’s a terrible implementation of Bluetooth technology. Happens on all common OS.
Issues:
Press button 20 times. Finally opens. Sometimes opens all doors. That...
Story of my life…but so many will defend it on here. Just disappointing since it’s such a great feature otherwise. Definitely need to set and remember the codes - you’ll be using them a lot :)
P.s. double check the app that location is set to always in your phone. But even so this is fairly typical
Well I come here to share my personal experiences. Never used the RFID card on original model 3. Worked 99% of time. Mach e works around 30-40% of the time. I dont think its fair to poopoo other peoples experiences. Thats what a car forum is all about. Just like OP...he/she had the right to rant...
Thought so but happens in exact same manner with both android and iOS so now doubt this assumption. I'm not aware of other readily available OSs...perhaps PAAK works with Blackberry? ;)
We are very familiar with PAAK and phone issuss having used it exclusively for many years with that other brand.
PAAK issues? ;-)~
I showed some family members my new GT yesterday and I am not sure they walked away that impressed. First, car wouldn't open. Then it did..."hey can you turn it on"...oh yeah check it out...car fails to turn on; no key detected. "Show us the frunk"...FordPass app fails to...
I feel bad for OP. I’d be so pissed with no where to really vent if I was stranded far away from home at night. This is basically every car owners worst fear that isn’t an accident.
Also admittedly a bit nervous now that 22s are getting sick too…
My 22 that I got in early March also has this light thump in the drivers floor over bumps. Honestly, I assume it is normal so interested in what others say. Doesnt bother me as is very minor - I assume it is the very heavy battery flexing on bumps or something like that.
I got a Bluecruise map...
I’d be happy with 500amp peak and a standard curve as opposed to the current 450amp peak with a time based curve. Seems like ford went conservative on everything but the 10-80% time is not competitive anymore. Bjorn had a nice comparison at the end and mache was last at 38 min. Having...
This is because Teslas can accept >500amps. Bjorn just posted a video today on MY LR and it was pulling over 600amps for a few minutes and then more than 500 for a period of time. Nominal voltage was under 390v similar to Mache
CCS1 is limited to 500amps by standard so in order to match Tesla...
Yes it includes a large rubber mat for cargo area.
I too got both on my 22… Very happy since I didn’t notice it said the carpet was deleted in the order guide until too late to change.
Mine does this too and it’s a brand new 22 with every update. I found restarting my phone will allow it to connect and recognize it as a key (despite phone being set to always use location etc). Very annoying but thank goodness for the door code and backup start code. I guess they knew it wasn’t...
Glad you're okay. Enjoy the EV6! The charging is a game changer for sure.
Also...I agree, love the flower wheels. Dont know why so much hate on them. They're also easy to clean :)
I think my new GT has a pretty decent ride, not harsh at all like I was expecting. My tires were set by the dealer at 37 tho so that could be helping. I have noticed a bounce under more extreme road conditions, which unfortunately are somewhat common here in upper Midwest - but only when...
you can roll down the window and see two panes of glass glued together (this is what acoustic glass is - only other car i owned with it was a Range Rover and the glass looked the same at the seam). it also has the exact same picture markings such as <PVB> as people with the 2021s who posted...
I received my 22 GT yesterday and I can confirm that it came with acoustic laminated front side windows. I was worried it would not but it does in fact have them. Mid Jan build. I think others have posted on here that their premiums did not come with it but could be wrong.
No hands free gate though.
