Your story is really familiar. I’m one of us who struggled waiting through reservation, ordering, waiting, waiting, delay, disappearance, Deliverance!!! And now that Lightning is here all the anxiety and angst is forgotten. Every trip is pure joy.

At my house our MachE is referred to as “the horse”. I always think of Mr. Ed, a one trick pony….but what a trick. Is he a Mustang? We don’t know or care. He is the horse!

I named mine Lightning, long before the Ford F150 electric announcement. And I have the Wisconsin vanity plates to prove it! (LGHTNNG)

Grumpy Emeritus am I! I'm closing on my beautiful Space White Mach E this afternoon. There's an official Ford Document in the paperwork that claims some unspecified damage in shipping that caused the March 3rd delivery to go off the rails. Lightning sleeps in the garage tonight!

Breaking news! I'm going to the BACK OF THE LINE! My husband placed a new order for an identical MachE on Friday (4/23) because he firmly believes that our original order (reserved 2/27/20, ordered 6/28/20, built 1/18/21, shipped 2/25/21, delivery eta 3/3, then lost into stop ship) has fallen...

Anyone else still out there? Are there any others still waiting who were part of the original group who converted reservations to orders???

I’m still grumpy, and getting grumpier to make for all those blissful folks leaving us. My eta says 3/3 and final status says the car was delivered to the dealer on 2/27. No car.... sheesh. If you have an eta, no matter how far, enjoy it!

I share your frustrations so exactly that I could have written your post. It seems such a simple question, "where is the darn car?" that the silence may be telling us that the wait is undetermined even from their side. I am considering placing another MachE order, since that one may make it out...
