    Pony Puddle Light Projection Problems

I found this thread because I just started having the same issue. I took my car in for unrelated service and got it back with both sides projecting just like OP. Guess it's going back into the shop.

Consumer Reports 2023 annual reliability survey: Mach-E improves and scores 2nd place for electric SUV

1300 miles and the only major issue was a poorly-programmed 12V battery module in the first month of ownership. Definitely enjoying the MME experience. One of the things I look forward to doing each week is just going on a drive with no particular agenda.

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

I'm sure it's buried in the many hundreds of posts across many threads of this topic but I'm going to ask since I couldn't easily find an answer... What does the design of the HVJB connectors look like in newer Mach-E vehicles that are not part of the recall? I see people saying the replacement...

Thank you both for the advice. I had no idea.

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

That all makes sense to me. It seems like a newer refresh to the part may be needed... Looking at other threads on the issue in the forums, it seems that many here have doubts that any version of this part we've seen in repaired vehicles will last. Until a better cooling solution is introduced...

    Earned its Stripes

I've always thought about doing vinyl stuff like this for my cars but I've never known the first place to do it, how to design it, and then it feels like too much work and I give up, haha.

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

You need to realize that "There is no part to install if yours has not failed" has another possible interpretation. It is possible to read that, as I did, as "you will never get a part preemptively, only once you have a failure." You intended it as "If you have not had a failure yet, you need to...

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

All the bold text... calm down, dude. This is a forum about cars. It's not that serious.

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

That doesn't make a lot of sense. If it had failed I'd already know and have already taken it in for a repair. The only exception to this appears to be "If your vehicle was previously repaired for this issue [mine was not] under Recall 22S41, the remedy may not proactively detect damage to the...

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

I got both letters the same day as well. Also I think you meant 23B50, not 23S50, for BCCM. At least that's the number on my BCCM letter. I called and scheduled an appointment with my dealer today. They said they can see me in late January. But that they wouldn't order parts until they look at...

    Junction box replacement recall

Once you do get a replacement how do you know if it is the 2.0 or 3.0 version you're getting installed?

Recall Information: High Voltage Battery Junction Box (23S56)

So let me see if I understand this. They provided a software "fix" and called the original recall done by adding in the "fail gracefully" software solution of "stop safely now." At that time choosing not to replace the HVJB for all effected vehicles proactively, and only fixing those vehicles...

    "Drive mode unavailable"

I've not noticed it for about a month myself. Not really sure what has changed. It's definitely colder in the Seattle area. Wetter. That's about it.

How does FordPass compare to other ownership apps?

I hated Fordpass. It grew on me when it became slightly more reliable for me on iOS. PAAK works a lot better for me these days, for example. Right now I'd give it at 3/5. It's missing a lot of core functionality I think should be in the app, but it works ok for what's there now.

    Priority Update 23-PU0110-RAD-PS just dropped

I'm in the EA and don't know what's being talked about. I have noticed one new thing lately, and I don't think it's this. If I'm in the EA is there a place where I can see a list of EA updates where I can keep up on this stuff instead of trying to discover it myself? People also like their...

MME won't charge! "Scheduled charge did not begin" when I have no Preferred Charge Times

Didn't see before I unplugged it. For better or for worse, that did the trick. I'd done it at the vehicle a few times, but not at the wall (it's a hassle to get to it in my garage). Once I pulled it out of the wall and back in, it worked.

MME won't charge! "Scheduled charge did not begin" when I have no Preferred Charge Times

Hey all, My MME GT isn't charging anymore on the mobile charger at home. I've had the car for 2-ish years now and I've always charged it the same way in the same place. Many, many times. About 3 days ago the app started giving me an error "Scheduled charge did not begin" and it sent it to my...
