Mine's at the dealer with the dreaded HVBJB. Luckily it went belly-up while in my garage. I also need to let the dealership know I have been having this "guest profile" issue as well. Love the car but it is one "bug" after another.

Every body shop in my area has a "Help Wanted" sign outside. My favorite shop told me they would not even schedule it due to their current backlog, so I had to take it to the dealership's affiliate body shop.

I've never seen any "jail bars" even as low as 20%.

Normally I charge mine to 90%, but find I only need to charge once every two-three days or so, as I run it down to about 30% in that time in local driving.

SWO, So far, so good.... You need to be right on top of it to see that it isn't a real plate. I've been told that the only "giveaway" may be the lack of bolt heads, but it is an option to have those printed onto the vinyl if you like.
