Isn't this actually bad for the consumer? One giant piece that breaks and you have to replace the entire thing. Different parts and something breaks and you can replace just that part.
It is probably cheaper from a manufacturing and assembly perspective but too many things are like this now...
I had uninstalled the VCI software and other than changing the dialog box to no longer offer up VCM II. VCMM, and VCM 3 as options, FDRS still refused to acknowledge that the Mongoose was connected.
I installed 46.5.4 again, the oldest version I had that supported the new subscription method...
What version do I need to use? You mean FDRS, right? I am using 47.6.9.
I have tried a bunch of different versions I had in my downloads folder.
47.6.2, 46.5.8, 46.5.4.
I went as far back as 45.5.7 but that version does not work with the subscription method.
I also tried forscan and it...
I am helping a forum member and am having some issues getting my Mongoose adapter recognized.
The last time I used it FDRS was still using the long access key method and not the subscription method.
I have updated to the latest FDRS and am getting the following:

I still have the original 12v in my 2022 MME I got in March of 2022, so coming up on 4 years old.
I did recently proactively replace the 12v in my 2020 Chevy Bolt that I got in January of 2020, so 6+ years old. I still had the Chevy points I was given at purchase and was able to use those so...

What about the Lightning is antique when compared to the Mach e? I have never been in a Lightning but from pictures it appears the infotainment is nearly identical and the IPC looks to be very similar.

Pre authorizations (holds) are extremely common in travel. They are one of many reasons why you should never use a debit card for anything travel related and why most car rental companies advise against using a debit card.

It's great seeing lots of new stations opening, not just IONNA.
I just took a 550 mile trip that just 2 years ago would have either been impossible or extremely hard if it wasn't for new charging stations. Instead the trip required no planning, I was able to just get in the car, drive, and...
So it's not just some simple boring pouch, think about making a hat! That way it can be used to not only shield your keys but could be a fashion statement!
What percentage of people participating on this message board have had a car stolen?
I asked AI to do a detailed analysis for my chances.
Using Georgia rate (247.2 / 100,000):
Annual probability p = 247.2/100{,}000 = 0.002472 → 0.2472% per year
That’s about 1 in 405 people per year.
