Oh, my apologies, I did not know that others have posted about this issue.

So the Ford Pass app on Android is now completely useless. It is showing Fuel Levels and OIL levels instead of charging data. What is Ford doing to this app? Is anyone else seeing that?

I have had the 1/24 build date for a while but now as of this morning it shows 2/8 weird.

I was so shocked too. Like how can you report to work everyday and be that clueless about something your company is doing?

Update: I got my VIN today. I went to the dealership and asked to speak to the Sales Manager, they had 3 of them. Only one of them had access to the system to find the VIN. The other 2 had never even heard of a Mustang Mach E. I showed them a print out of my order form, even showing where the...

I called the number and I was told the dealer is the only place for me to obtain the VIN. so I guess back to just waiting I go

Is everyone getting their VIN assignments from the dealer or is that just showing up in the ford account? I ask because I doubt that I will ever get that information from my dealer if that is what I am supposed to do. I have emailed about 11 times, 1 reply which only asked me to call the...

So is that pretty much how everyone obtains the VIN? By emailing the dealer? I have not been able to get my dealer to respond to any of my emails. I think I have sent a total of 15 or so emails between reservation and now.

You are right. I just checked and logged into my account using a different browser and there it shows the different mach E's that I can order

I don't see anything that explains this to me in the FAQs. I ordered mine when the order books opened, so why does it say I need to Place order again? That is the part I am confused about. On top of that, there is not anything else showing I need to do something on that page.

I don't know if this has been asked and answered already but I was not able to find anything. Can someone tell me what this means?

Same thing happened to me. It was there yesterday and not there today.

I have emailed, and called my dealer, nothing. I was told someone would call me back this morning, afternoon came and I called again, and was told the manager would call me in 10 minutes. That never happened. Then I emailed. ...no reply. I probably will get a reply from this email sometime in...

so does it mean that there is a possibility of the Tax Credit running out on on those of us who will likely get ours in 2021 since Ford has other hybrid cars ??
