I’m pretty sure the problem is not the key fob battery. I have the same issue and replacing the fob battery has not solved things. In my case, both of my key fobs have stopped opening the doors upon approach.

So I have a question about the Job 1 build dates and this update. My IB Premium was built in late May, but sat on chip hold until the very end of June. I figured it would be eligible for the windshield/roof recalls, but that’s not the case. Ford’s website says there’s no recalls for my car...
Your list of reasons is almost identical to mine. The desire to push the industry forward is something a lot of people don't really appreciate, but it was a big draw for us to go fully electric.
Experienced this for the very first time today. The radio lost all of my SiriusXM presets and wouldn’t change the channel, using both the touchscreen and steering wheel controls. After a long delay (prob something like 2 min), the channel would finally change.
Hey Brett, do you mind if I ask how you knew the car wasn't receiving updates? I suspect the same thing is happening to me, but I'm not sure how to convince the dealer to check this out.
