Emailed and spoken to many Ford representatives this morning but none are claiming any knowledge about this. I will not bore the group with the details other than to say Ford UK customer services are investigating. TBH I don't really care who has done what I just want my pre-order back.

I was invited to the event in Stoke where this video was created and as I was the only person to turn up I had the Mach E all to myself. I did everything but drive it away and from my recollection there were no annoying noises when opening or shutting the doors and like a kid I did a lot of that :)

Looks like the glitch is fixed again, you CAN have black. Also I've noticed today on Fords website that the 1st Edition is now showing 2021 for delivery in the UK but still 2020 for the USA.
