Check the amp output as well for that station. We have a charger near my house listed as a 180kW charger, but it is limited to 200A output. Thus, I can only max out in the 70'skW at any state of charge. I HATE when chargers only list kW output and hide their amp output.
Announced at CES today:
Android Automotive adds Chrome app, Android Auto gets deeper EV integration
First cars to get it: Mach-E and F150 Lightning.
(and yes, I understand there is some Android Automotive news in the article as well, but this was specifically about Android Auto)
I think one of the most frustrating 'features' of CCS DC fast charging stations is them advertising 150kW or 180kW or whatever, but the vast majority won't get that because of a 200A cable or the like. We have one that just got installed a mile from my house advertising as one of the fastest in...
My PAAK took a dive this past weekend as well. It had been working consistently well on my Pixel 6, but now....nothing. When I go into Ford Pass, it says 'Bluetooth Disconnected', but never connects (like it would in the past). However, when I get in my car using my fob, my phone connects...
Something is definitely out of the ordinary with this. I also got my car in 5/22 and it's be rolling fine since then until this morning.
Went out at lunch today and wrench icon was gone. Going to see if it charges today at home.
Yeah, I've since noticed several threads with a similar note of either a charging fault or a service vehicle soon beginning in late February. I also noted a 'service vehicle' notification in Ford Pass the last week of Feb when I checked it this morning.
Very much wonder if there is some soft...
Just got a 'Service Vehicle Soon' message on my dash when I went to drive to work today. Usually I have my car scheduled to warm up for departure, but nothing was happening, and saw in Ford Pass that I had a Charge Fault about 30 minutes prior. Then, when I got to work, Ford Pass said I had a...
In the non-freezing months here in WI, I tried to wash it at home once a week with a ceramic car wash, foam cannon, and a pressure washer. Hate having to run it through a touch-free wash to wash off the salt during the winter months, but I gotta do it.
Since getting my car in 5/22, I've typically driven in Unbridle(d) with 1PD on. However, due to living in the winters of Wisconsin, the instant(er) acceleration and tighter braking makes things a little dicey at times in the slush and fresh snow. I tried 1PD off and it helped to some extent...
My son and I joke about getting that button to work correctly. Some days, my index finger works, other days it's my other hand's middle finger, sometimes my thumb when the other fingers don't work (phone is in same pocket every time). We have a fun laugh figuring out which finger will work...
I was actually just going to post about this, and wanted to check to see if anyone else had. Same exact first thought I had when I caught this video this afternoon: "Hey, those tiles on the bottom are minimized and there isn't a gap!"''
**crossing fingers**
I have a '22 model and like BMT said, the buttons only show up after the app connects via bluetooth (and PAAK is set up).
I also just did the 7/8 button unlock after entering my door code and it worked like a charm. Nice that I don't necessarily have to open the door to pull the level if I...
Picked mine up yesterday after work! Love it so far after one day. Traded in my 2015 Edge and did Ford Options. Got $1750 rebate and 2.9% for 36 months and 15,000 miles/year. Dealer was struggling with price protection, but there's hope I may get a refund check down the line. Just want to...
