I had this happen to me about 2 weeks ago. LOUD thump (thought something hit the car, but I was parked at the time). Changing to FM restored audio, but the bass (rear subwoofer) seems very subdued if not altogether out. I have tried resetting sync, but to no avail. Currently at the dealer...
So glad you FINALLY have your Mach-E!!! And I totally agree with @lurker - I'm more satisfied to see you get your car than when ours got delivered. We only had the run-of-the-mill dealer delivery crap to wade through, not the craziness you did!
Ya dealers asking you to shell out $thousands for $10 buck of "undercarriage protection" etc sure is a load of crap! The interest rate difference definitely hurts! I'd still like to see Ford/your dealer step up and make it whole and get you into a new car with no BS.

If the Dealer still has the GT and it is (only) a 6K difference, wouldn't you qualify for the $7500 federal tax credit making it a wash? Or maybe take a run at asking the dealer/Ford to each take a share of the difference and do the right thing for a customer as they should NOT have to go...

Latest Update: Got a call from my Ford dealer - 15 days after arriving at the dealer and *13* days after they told me they had to order the half-shaft, they told me they uploaded the pictures of the half-shaft and were told they did not need the part and were cleared to release the vehicle...
Weekend was silent, but had a voicemail from Ford on the case I opened last week. It basically said the (half-shaft) parts were supposed to ship this week, but could offer no further insight until they actually shipped. So not really much useful information or progress.
I did the exact same thing today and had the same result. They tried the service manager and parts but dealer didn’t answer. They were going to try to help get an ETA and expedite if they could. Oh well. :(
Any response from the dealer or Ford? I've been waiting for a week for the part and dealer is saying they still have no ETA, so looking for any way to expedite. Frustrating when some have gotten the part in a day or 2.
