Same problem as OP… in the exact same spot! The 210 freeway. BC always disengages there. And many other points on the 210.

Pre-conditioning doesn’t work for me. I’m on the update that came after 4.2.6. I’ve set the Ford Nav to a EA station about 30 miles out. Got to the charger and got a whopping 55KW charging speed. And it was 70+F outside.
