Yes, I have also experienced that. I told the dealer and they said there was a SW update for it, but it did not seem to help. I usually charge with a cable now, so my iPhone doesn't get cooked!

Just curious if you somehow have a bad phone number or email for them to get back to you? Seems like that would be something to confirm, to make sure they are not calling a number or using an email address that is not you.
