I wouldn't bet on anything soon. Ordered an AWD ER Pemium at the end of last December and still haven't been scheduled. I'd look elsewhere. I ordered a Kia EV6 mid-May and received it at the end of June and couldn't be happier. I haven't canceled my MME order yet because I'm curious when it will...
If you want something in line with an AWD select or Premium look at the EV6. Ford's customer service was terrible so I placed an order for one and got it within 6 weeks. I've had it a couple of weeks and love it!
I gave up and ordered an EV6 in May and took delivery of it a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I ordered my '22 MME in December and still don't have a production date. My dealer called me in early May and had one on the lot that matched my order but said if I wanted it I had to pay...
I hear ya and appreciate the info. I won't be surprised if I have to wait longer than the 3-4 months for the EV6. Just so frustrated with Ford as it seems my dealer and Ford corporate don't even care or show an interest in helping. So many things to improve upon. For instance, I ordered through...
EXACTLY! That's what I told my salesman a few weeks ago. They have no incentive to help or offer info. I had to badger them on the park assist prep kit...they acted like they had no idea.
Was told the EV6 should be about 3-4 months based on what they're seeing now. If that's true it will...
I've given up on my MME and have an EV6 on order. The straw that broke the camels back was when the dealer called a couple weeks ago and offered me one on the lot at a $10k markup. Then finally said that it's taking between 9-12 mos to take delivery at their dealership. Seeing others get...
I've hit that point too. Looking for an EV6 at the moment. My dealer called me over the weekend and offered a premium for a $10k markup. They finally admitted its taking around 9-12 mos to take delivery of Premium ER AWD models. If communication had been better I wouldn't be so frustrated.
I feel the same way and I'm only at 18 weeks post order without a build date. The excitement wore off a long time ago. I'd cancel and move on but don't want to give @Ford the satisfaction of selling my canceled order at a huge markup.
Cue the disappointment again this coming Thursday. Dealer says they can't tell how @Ford Motor Company is fulfilling orders and @Ford Motor Company technical assistance says call your dealer for more info. It's a never ending circle.
I understand that, just thought they should follow FIFO and maybe skip a month of GTs to run more Premiums since they are high volume.
Just frustrating to see others get build dates with order dates months after mine.

No build date. Was really hoping for a late June build date. The order fulfillment process is extremely frustrating. Any idea why it seems GTs are prioritized over Premiums? I figured they had similar chips and features....
No build date confirmed via my dealer. Couldn't share how many are in front of me (specifically Premium trims) but shared they have 53 on order through their dealership. I continue to be frustrated by the lack of transparency in the order fulfillment process Ford.
