Is it just a glitch when your order status stops returning any information? I can track other orders but not mine using https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking. The dealer sent me this last week from the vehicle visibility report. After I received this, the other tracking site isn't returning...
I've posted my grumpiness once before but just received some new information. Ford accepted this order on 3/24 and I received a build date of 10/02. I haven't received the email stating the car was shipped. If I'm reading this correctly, the car is not complete and still in Mexico. Am I correct?
I'm not sure if that makes me the winner or the loser! Anyway, on one tracker it shows still in production and on another it says in transit. I'm not sure how to find out exactly where it might be. I've had the app for a while now but I always get an error that says they were unable to change...
I'm trying not to be grumpy but am having a hard time. Placed my order on March 24 and received a build date of 9/27. Just entered the 11th month of waiting with no end in site.
