This is a really strange post. Jail bars, gray bars... the longer & harder you put your foot down, the more quickly they show up. There's absolutely a limiter in the vehicle to protect the HVBJB. Thousands of posts on here confirm it-- as well as my experience at the track-- they are not wrong.
Not sure if you are serious or joking... Had the HVBJB replaced on my GT (non-PE) in Spring of 21, about 6 mths of ownership. Where/how do I access this mode?
At the track, max was about 114mph on the front straight after about 6 secs @ full throttle. that was before the HVBJB bricked my MME GT (not PE) on the FWY a month later. Since then, not more than 85.

Based on my chats with the Service Mgr @ one of the largest Dealers here in SoCal, the OTA updates alone will not complete the HVBJB recall. After a number of updates, he still recco’s that I bring it in to ensure all the recall updates have been completed. Planning to do that next week...
Agree-- bummer about the damage & repair costs but glad everyone is OK. Really interested in answer to above-- if pre-collision reduced speeds as designed, it'd be good evidence on the effectiveness of the tech to prevent/minimize injury.
