I would say this is a fordpass issue not a vehicle issue. I have 4 fords and fordpass couldn't communicate with any of them yesterday all day. This seems to happen about once a week.

I would like to add my anecdotal BS as well. Couple weeks ago i took a 200 mile roundtrip in 24 degree weather. Charged to 100% drove 95% highway speeds between 72 and 75 miles per hour with a cabin temp of 72 degrees. got 2.4mi/KWh

On the bright side, if you drive slower you'll be able to drive more than 2 hours between charges..........

Since you're asking for tips to increase range when driving on the highway there are probably only two ways. Turn off the HVAC and reduce speed.

I don't believe this is the case, i think the car automatically knows which tire is where based on the sensor signal. Can't say for sure on the Mach-e but my other fords work this way.

This happens on my 2022 often. Most times the map is in "smaller" mode so the cursor is under the other icons (radio, trip, etc) So hit the upper right thingy to expand the map and then again to shrink and all is well. My next biggest gripe with the map is that auto zoom doesn't work. It...

A much needed update, yesterday I drove approximately 70 miles with a change in GOM of 27 miles.

It's definitely a complex problem. Even if you get more rail cars, how often do you cross a railroad track and there is more than 1 track? When was the last time new or additional railroad was laid in the US? What is the capacity of the rail system when so many tracks are only 1 way at a time...

What do you think the dealership margins are on a EV, 5%, 10%? Say it is $5000 per vehicle, then a Model E dealer with a 25 car limit only makes $125000 a year on EV sales. It has to be a higher margin than that, right?
