Thanks. After figuring out how to get the fuses without breaking the trim (such a dumb design), I pulled the fuse for 5 minutes and cellular connectivity returned. Considering how little I drive the Mach-E, I have a feeling it'll always require FDRS upgrades...fingers crossed the OTA...
