This seems to happen to me regularly now (did not up until a couple of weeks ago). Whenever I get near the car it will auto-connect to CarPlay and steal wifi and/or Bluetooth. It seems to happen when the car unlocks and eventually (couple of minutes) goes away but is very annoying.
