I've had two case numbers and one failed buy back attempt. Service department says still no ETA for the cable. Car is drivable and no other problems. It's just frustrating that the features I've paid to get hasn't worked correctly for over a year.

The dealership is waiting on the cable to come in to fix mine. It started out intermittently and then it stops working and that's when I contact service department. This is the fourth try for me so hopefully the cable fixes it.
Went to pick my Rt1 from dealer for the second time. Pull off the curb and the damn alert came on again. Had to get the loaner back. They said they keep getting a module fault but it was replaced and updated. I mentioned the coax cable to the service tech and we'll see.
When I leave for work it's at 15v and I have a 30 commute. After working 10 hours it drops to 12v and I get a quick pop up 12v fault service soon and then disappears. Doesn't show up on app. Does it every few days. I don't have anything plugged in and just recently got the 21p22 update. Any idea...
