Thank you @Robob and @rugedraw. They updated 5 out of 10 from the previous list and I see 4 new ones. Oh well...
Bringing your EV to a very well established dealership/Service Dept., as I just did, and they need four days to just get it into the shop because there are only two EV-certified...
Picked up my '21 Job 2 Premium ER yesterday after getting the HVBJB recall done and asked them to update the modules from a list I had from an FDRS run last August (shown below), plus any new ones that may have come up.
The Service Dept. claims to have done the updates, but I'm a "trust but...
PAAK on my Samsung Galaxy 20 has been working very well for me these past few months, except when it's raining. Then it makes me boot the app to unlock the door. :mad: I think some other apps compete with PAAK over connection priorities.
I use "hands-on" BC for local driving and "hands-free", BC 1.0 about once a month when I go off-cape. I kinda like it, but for me it's not like I'm not driving...it's just a differnet kind of driving. Instead of steering and maintaining speed I always seem to be managing my position around...
Greetings. I live (way) out on Cape Cod and will be bringing '21 Job 2 Premium EX in for the HVBJB recall when they get it sorted out. My closest dealership is in Hyannis and admits to having minimal and slow capabilities to service my car. I think only one qualified mechanic and not fully...
Lots of chatter here about getting the update, and what it may mean for further updates, but precious little about how/if the update improved anything on your vehicle. [/rantoff]
Along those lines, I have found a marked improvement in using PAAK. Since the update I have not been getting the...
OK... Realized this issue is also related to the lighting console issue that has gotten a lot of attention here. (Headlights staying on too long is the biggest issue)
I rotated the headlight control knob and realized the entire control set back-lighting wasn't lit either. Once I did that the...
I have tried many different ways to get the two-button +/- switches alongside the headlight controls to lower the intensity of my instrument panel behind the steering wheel. Nothing. It's too bright at night (switching between Light and Dark mode does not help). Anyone else have this problem...
No chips for me (yet). I've been through several replacements with past cars, so figure the MME will be no different.
My '21 Premium has acoustic laminated glass and I worry that, when/if I do need a replacement I will not be able to replace in kind.
After living with the car for ~two months, it feels like Ford sorta gave up when it came time to designing the rear seats and cargo area:
No adjustable angle of rear seats;
Flimsy rear hatch cover that is held by (short-lived) strings, won't stay in the cheap snap-in brackets and is easily...
When I'm using PAAK I'd love a screen reminder to take my phone with me after I shut off the car. Twice I've walked away with it on the charger pad.
Sorta like the rear passenger alert.
