Just happened to us too - I was out of town so my wife made a service appointment at Ford. They did not know to check settings. I see it was reset, probably after an update. Thanks. (appointment canceled, lol).
I'll comment on the subject of the thread, as a 2021 Mach-e owner (wife's car) and a recent Tesla Model 3 owner. Comparing trips over 4 hours, taken in each, there really is no comparison to the ease of using the Telsa superchargers. With Tesla, it is no less easy than how you charge at home...
