Unfortunately, they did not. I was actually the one helping them identify the issues based on this forum. Even the service associate said I knew more than him regarding the issue.

Thank you for the info - I will take a look at their thread. It is unfortunate as I love the vehicle but if it is unreliable or if Ford does not fix the issue, it's not worth keeping imo.
