  1. TSB 24-2010 - Slow Level 1 or Level 2 Charging Or Does Not Charge

I am glad I checked in this forum as I have been getting the same issue since the last update. When plugged into a level 1, I might get a 3% charge over 15 hours which is not normal. As explained above, I also saw a decrease, so I am hoping they can provide an update to get this fixed. I was...
  2. "Stop Safely Now" - 12V battery dead

Unfortunately, they did not. I was actually the one helping them identify the issues based on this forum. Even the service associate said I knew more than him regarding the issue.

Final Update (I hope) - I was able to pick up my vehicle approx 10 days ago. They have replaced the 2 components that I had originally indicated on this thread. So far, things are going well and I have not experienced any further battery failure or warnings. Let's hope that this fix will be...

Update - I received a call from the dealership this morning. They removed the main battery pack and completed some testing that Ford recommended. They then "iced" the vehicle over the weekend, drove it a bit and tested the 12v battery. They confirm that there is definitely something wrong...

  10. "Stop Safely Now" - 12V battery dead

As an update, the dealership advised that they got in contact with Ford. Ford has told them to remove the main battery pack to complete some testing on it. Based on everything I have been reading, I don’t think that this is the issue. The dealer advised me that it is no small task to get...

  12. "Stop Safely Now" - 12V battery dead

Thank you for the info - I will take a look at their thread. It is unfortunate as I love the vehicle but if it is unreliable or if Ford does not fix the issue, it's not worth keeping imo.
  13. "Stop Safely Now" - 12V battery dead

Hello, My Mach-E was delivered to me in late Nov 2021. I have driven less than 1,300 KM (807 Miles) but in early January, I unplugged the vehicle to go do some errands and the vehicle would not put itself into D, R, N. I had warning lights and messages telling me to "Stop Safely Now" (even...
