Lee ~ both the Ford reps had me do a sync reboot to no avail. They even tried a different way of rebooting by opening the drivers door then power locking it and then closing it. The horn beep twice to confirm. Interesting! But I’m learning. Thx. Mike

Aulander ~ In settings > general these are both set to imperial as a result all of the displays show miles, feet etc. It's just the navigation display that shows kilometers and meters! Thanks

Yep ~ I check this morning and both Sync 4 native navigation and FordPass app are now showing Electrify America (EA) when planning trips, etc.

MME GT Rapid Red, ~ Ordered confirmed 10/27/21 ~ Production date 1/26/22 and today the Ford website showed an "Estimated Delivery" 3/15/22. Mexico to Arizona. Fingers crossed!!
