Mine recently took two months from built to delivery at the dealership

Currently to my understanding, at least in CA there is no incentive anymore. The $2500 is currently at $0 and 5% interest (In CA). This was as of last Thursday when I was there picking up a Mach E and just having casual conversation with the sales manager.

Super easy and smooth. Got x plan, did Ford options so I got the interest rate at the time the order was placed as well as the incentive at that time, MSRP (of course minus x plan). No random additional add ons by the dealership

That sucks! There is no option to order with x-plan, unfortunately the dealership has the right to decline allowing you to purchase using options. But definitely a cop out answer. They could do it if they wanted to. Bunch of punks.

Very true. Initially my dealership didn't even know it was in Mira Loma, they VVR was still showing Muncie, KS. When I said no it arrived the 12th in Mira Loma and provided the rail car number they were able to call the depot and confirm the vehicle did arrive in Mira Loma. So definitely...

Update: So after the wonderful conversation with the UP representative yesterday, the car has finally been taken out of the depot and has arrived at the dealership. Will be picking up this evening, so just a few hours :)

If it was on that rail car then yes it has been unloaded in Richmond, CA How did you get the railcar information originally? From Ford Chat? If so, it is odd they would provide the rail car number and then show it still in KS

YAY! From what I have been told by others is do the financing at the dealership so that you get the rate when your ordered and all the correct pricing. Not sure how 100% that is, but maybe someone who has done it recently can chime in

I am beginning to think that. The dealership was asked that and they said they are not showing damaged, but it makes no sense. Plus the rail company cannot repair it so why hold it...but definitely concerned.

@Ford Motor Company a little help getting my car out of the depot would be appreciated. It has been there since 9/12 in Mira Loma and the dealership is being told that the depot has it "held". HELP!

yeah I am wondering. My dealership called over to the depot last Wednesday and they told him it was being “held”. He has been trying to contact his rep to find out wth and get it on a truck to the dealership. No clue how the depot can just “hold” a vehicle.
