centre cosole intermittantly not functioning

Hi, Firstly, thanks for letting me join, I am glad to be here. I have an issue with a new Mach E 2021 /22 (less than 4.5K miles). Sometimes, my centre console doesn't function (just blank). Interesting, if I go into reverse, the reverse camera will work but once I leave reverse it stops...
