charging max

I’m sure this is covered but I can’t find. In FordPass I set max charge to 90% and car shows it charged to 100%. Is car showing it’s at 100% of set limit if 90% or is it charging to 100% even though I set 90% max. I did not set a start time but just plugged in my Mach
