driver's seat

The first day I had my Mach-E GTPE I reached into the back seat and heard a *POP* on the little "shoulder wing" (not sure what else to call it) on my driver's seat... This part: Ever since then (2 months later) it makes an annoying ~creaking~ noise if you lean on that part at all, even affects...
