flashers

Hello, I did a search on the forum and the internet in general and couldn't find reports/solutions for this: we woke up to our hazard lights flashing on the vehicle (it was on the charger at the time). They won't turn off. We obviously tried pressing the hazard button on/off, started/restarted...
