miles per charge

I have a 2022 Mach E GT with only 3,000 miles on it. I wanted to see what 100% battery would give me since I’ve only been charging to 80%. And the miles get less and less. This am 100% gave me only 187 miles…. Wasn’t this supposed to be giving 270 miles? Or at least 220 miles on a full charge?

Okay so I have the Awd Extended Range but even at a full ? charge it doesn’t show over 200 miles per charge. How can it be rated for 270 miles but I’m not going to be anywhere near that if I start at about 190?!? Please explain......
